NOTE: To complete your registration, you must sign the Mandatory Attendee Acknowledgment & Agreement prior to participating in any event activities. Please note that event credentials will not be issued, and access to all masterclasses, dinners, and functions will be strictly denied until this signed agreement is received and verified by event staff.


Dear Selected Participant,

Congratulations on your selection to attend The Cigaribbean 2026. To maintain an unparalleled standard of luxury, networking, and refinement, this exclusive gathering is strictly curated for a select group of exactly 100 global connoisseurs. Admission to the event premises is strictly contingent upon your formal review and execution of this document. Please read the comprehensive Master Participant Terms outlined below. This letter serves as a legally binding financial contract between yourself (the "Participant") and the Event Committee.

By submitting an initial payment for The Cigaribbean 2026, the Participant enters into a binding financial contract and agrees to all terms outlined herein. This registration fee strictly covers official event credentials, masterclasses, hosted food and beverage functions, and daily premium cigar allotments. All event program passes are priced and sold strictly on a per-person basis, and no joint, couples, or group passes are available. Official credentials will be verified by security staff at all event entry points, and every individual must hold a separate pass regardless of whether participants are sharing a hotel room. The Participant explicitly acknowledges that the Event Program Pass rate, hotel lodging costs, and airfare are completely separate fees. Flights, ground transit, and resort accommodations are not covered by the event pass and must be managed and billed independently. Participants can enjoy exclusive, heavily discounted room rates at the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar for an extended stay from November 9th through November 19th, 2026, applicable for up to three days prior to and three days following the official event dates to accommodate extended travel plans. Participants assume full financial responsibility for their personal hotel room booking, out-of-pocket costs, personal incidentals, independent meals, and the mandatory hotel incidental hold of $200.00 per night upon check-in. All transactions must be processed digitally through the secure internal registration portal using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, as personal checks, cash, and wire transfers are strictly not accepted.

Participants agree to the 2-Installment Schedule and acknowledge that the final installment is auto-billed on 9/25/2026. The Participant accepts sole responsibility for final payment by Saturday, October 3, 2026 deadline based on selected experience tier. The Enthusiast Pass totals $1400.00, requiring a $700.00 deposit at registration and a $700.00 final payment. The Aficionado Pass totals $1,500.00, requiring a $750.00 deposit at registration and a $750.00 final payment. The Connoisseur Pass totals $1,800.00, requiring an $900.00 deposit at registration and an $900.00 final payment. The Sovereign Pass totals $2100.00, requiring a $1050.00 deposit at registration and a $1050.00 final payment. The first installment deposit must be paid in full to successfully receive and validate the exclusive group hotel discount code for the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar. To complete this entire registration process, participants must sign this agreement prior to participating in any event activities by replying digitally to their registration email via cigaribbean@gmail.com or physically in person at the Welcome Desk during check-in. Credentials will be strictly withheld until this verification is completed.

The event organizers reserve the right to cancel, shorten, or postpone The Cigaribbean 2026 due to low registration volume, logistical impossibilities, or vendor failures. If cancelled entirely by the organizers prior to November 12, 2026, for reasons other than Force Majeure, participants will receive a full refund of their paid Event Program Pass. The organizers are not responsible for secondary financial losses, including non-refundable airfare, hotel cancellation penalties, or booking fees at the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar, meaning participants must look to their independent travel housing or insurance provider to recoup travel losses. All full payments and individual installment shifts processed through the internal portal are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable immediately upon processing. No exceptions or partial refunds will be granted for any reason, including personal or family medical emergencies, sudden illnesses, injuries, flight delays, cancelled connections, missed travel arrangements, professional conflicts, or documentation failures. The Participant assumes full financial risk for unexpected occurrences and certifies that they will not attempt to circumvent this policy by initiating a credit card chargeback, dispute, or reversal with their bank, and authorizes the organizers to use this signed agreement to immediately defeat any such dispute.

Payment deadlines are strictly enforced to maintain group standing with Baha Mar. A 7-day grace period will be granted following the October 3 deadline, running from October 4 through October 9, 2026. A flat $75 late fee will be automatically added to balances not settled by October 4, 2026. If a balance remains unpaid by October 9, 2026, which is 14 days past the milestone deadline, the registration will be automatically cancelled, all prior deposits and payments will be 100% forfeited, and any allocated event assets will be permanently released. Failure to check in at the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar on the scheduled arrival date will be classified as a No-Show, resulting in the automatic cancellation of the entire registration and hotel block allocation, the 100% forfeiture of all funds paid to date, and the denial of any credits or roll-overs to future events. No partial refunds, prorated credits, or vouchers will be granted if an participant chooses or is forced to depart the event early or check out of the resort prior to their scheduled departure date.

The Participant is solely responsible for obtaining a valid passport book with at least 6 months of remaining validity past their travel dates, meeting all Bahamian border entry requirements including possessing a return ticket and proof of lodging, and declaring items as legally required. No refunds or registration modifications will be provided if an participant is denied airline boarding or country entry. Independent Cancel for Any Reason travel insurance is highly recommended to safeguard the travel investment, and by opting out of or failing to purchase such a policy within required provider timelines, the Participant assumes full personal financial risk should they be unable to attend.

Regarding the minimum age requirement, The Cigaribbean is a strictly adult-only event. All participants, guests, and ticket holders must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age on or before the date of entry to the venue. No exceptions will be made for infants, children, or individuals under the age of 21. To gain admission, every participant must present a valid, unexpired, government-issued photo identification matching the name on their ticket registration. Digital copies, phone photographs, or temporary paper IDs will not be accepted at the gates. An adult ticket holder accompanying or attempting to gain entry for an underage individual does not qualify for an exemption under any circumstances. Any attempt to bypass age verification will result in the immediate removal of all parties associated with the reservation from the venue gates, event spaces, or premises. Failure to produce valid photo identification verifying legal age, or any violation of the accompaniment policy, will result in immediate denial of entry or total expulsion. In these cases, all associated tickets will be rendered completely void, and no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued to any party involved.

Participants must formally disclose all medical dietary restrictions, life-threatening food allergies, or specific cultural dietary needs via email cigaribbean@gmail.com no later than thirty (30) days prior to the official event start date. The Event Organizer will make commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate pre-registered core dietary needs through its luxury resort culinary partners at the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar. Any dietary requests, updates, or allergy disclosures submitted after the 30-day cutoff cannot be guaranteed due to strict resort catering and preparation timelines, and the Event Organizer shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure to accommodate late requests. Participants acknowledge that all event food, beverage pairings, and dinners are prepared by third-party culinary partners. Ingredients may be processed in shared commercial facilities where cross-contamination of common allergens can occur. By purchasing a ticket and entering the venue, the Participant voluntarily assumes all inherent risks regarding catering consumption and forever discharges the Event Organizer and venue hosts from any liabilities arising from allergic reactions or foodborne incidents.

All participants are expected to maintain a sophisticated standard of behavior. Aggressive behavior, harassment, or excessive intoxication will not be tolerated. The Event Organizer and Baha Mar security personnel reserve the absolute right to immediately remove any individual from the premises who disrupts the premium ambiance of the event, resulting in immediate ticket forfeiture with zero financial recourse or refund. For the safety and privacy of all selected guests, all participants and their belongings are subject to security screening upon arrival. The Event Organizer reserves the right to inspect all bags and containers at event entry points, and refusal to cooperate with security personnel will result in immediate non-admittance without a refund. The Participant acknowledges that professional photography, audio recording, and video filming will take place. By entering the event, the Participant grants the Event Organizer the irrevocable, worldwide right to utilize their voice, image, and likeness in website marketing, social media, and future promotional materials without compensation. To maintain strict executive privacy boundaries, the Participant may request complete image anonymity by explicitly submitting a formal written restriction notice to cigaribbean@gmail.com at least 30 days prior to the event kickoff for our internal media logging. Participant hereby releases, waives, forever discharges, and covenants not to sue the event organizers, hosts, sponsors, staff, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of personal injury, illness, medical evacuation, death, or property damage sustained during or in transit to or from the Event. Finally, the Participant explicitly accepts all terms within the Liability Waiver, Code of Conduct, and Emergency Policies, thereby releasing the organizers from all liability regarding their health, tobacco consumption, conduct, and property, and accepting full financial responsibility for any personal medical treatment, hospitalization, or emergency medical evacuation costs incurred during the event.

By executing this document below, I explicitly acknowledge that I have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to all terms of this Master Agreement letter, including the strict age verification rules, group accompaniment penalties, dietary submission deadlines, allergy liability waivers, and the 100% non-refundable cancellation schedules.
