COMPLETE Step-by-Step BOOKING GUIDE
NOTE: All event program passes—including the Enthusiast, Aficionado, Connoisseur, and Sovereign packages—are priced and sold strictly on a per-person basis. The Cigaribbean 2026 does not offer joint, couples, or group passes. Every individual participant must purchase their own dedicated program pass to access the event. Official credentials will be strictly checked at the entrance of all masterclasses, dinners, and hosted functions. Program passes allow access to events on the days indicated in your chosen package. Please note that this per-person requirement applies uniformly, even if multiple participants are sharing the same hotel room or resort accommodation at the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar.
To secure your place at The Cigaribbean 2026, you must complete ALL booking steps. Please remember all fees are completely separate and paid at the participant’s own expense. Event program passes do not include lodging & travel. Must be 21 years old.
Step 1: Select Your Experience Tier & Pay Your Deposit
Action: Choose your program pass and process your 1st installment (a non-refundable deposit) payment or you may choose to pay in full at this time. Please, check ITINERARY for full details of daily events.
Detail: You must pay via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Checks, wire transfers, and cash are not accepted. The non-refundable deposit amounts are split based on your preferred tier:
Option 1: The Enthusiast Pass (Nov 12 & 13 | 2 Day Event Pass | Pass Includes)
Option 2: The Aficionado Pass (Nov 13 & 14 | 2 Day Event Pass | Pass Includes)
Total Cost: $1,500.00 PURCHASE
Due at Registration: $750.00 deposit
Option 3: The Connoisseur Pass (Nov 13, 14, & 15 | 3 Day Event Pass | Pass Includes)
Total Cost: $1,800.00 PURCHASE
Due at Registration: $900.00 deposit
Option 4: The Sovereign Pass (Nov 12, 13, 14, & 15 | 4 Day Event Pass | Pass Includes)
NOTE: Final payment will automatically process on September 25, 2026. The amount of the final payment will be listed on receipt.
Step 2: Book Your Independent Accommodations/Lodging at Baha Mar
Action: Check your emailed receipt for unique group booking code.
Detail: Event program passes do not include lodging. Secure your room using a major credit card. You must book room nights directly with the resort.
After initial payment (non-refundable deposit or full payment), Participants to the CIGARIBBEAN will receive booking code for discounted room rates. Participants who purchase any of the official program passes can enjoy exclusive (and heavily discounted) room rates at the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar for an extended stay from November 9th through November 19th, 2026. These special discounted rates are applicable for up to three days prior to and three days following the official event dates, allowing you to extend your luxury experience in the Bahamas. Please note that your event program credentials only grant access to functions during your specific pass dates, the resort discount code remains fully valid throughout this entire window to accommodate your extended travel plans. A credit card incidental hold of $200.00 per night will be authorized upon check-in.
Keep your hotel confirmation number handy for your travel records.
Room Sharing Disclaimer: While multiple registered participants are permitted to share a single hotel room to split lodging costs, every individual occupant must still possess their own independent CIGARIBBEAN 2026 program pass to enter event venues.
NOTE: IF PARTICIPANT would like to use the booking code to book more than one room, preapproval is required. Please, send an email to the centralized address: cigaribbean@gmail.com. Please, use the required subject line: Multiple Booking Request. If NOT approved, discounted room rates will not apply.
Step 3: Sign Mandatory Participant Acknowledgement Agreement
Action: Download agreement, review, sign, and return the official Master Participant Acknowledgement document.
Detail: Download/review/e-mail signed form to cigaribbean@gmail.com. You can also sign the waiver upon arrival at the Welcome Desk (REGISTRATION DESK 3) upon arrival. Credentials will be strictly withheld by security until a valid signature matching your government ID is verified. Signed waivers are mandatory for participation an events.
Step 4: Disclose Dietary and Allergy Restrictions
Action: Complete and return the official the ACKNOWLEDGMENT & WAIVER, AGREEMENT & SIGNATURE Form.
Detail: You must formally disclose all life-threatening food allergies, medical restrictions, or cultural dietary requests at least thirty (30) days prior to the event start date. Accommodations for late entries cannot be guaranteed due to resort catering timelines.
Step 5: Arrange Flights and Travel Insurance
Airfare and ground transportation are separate expenses handled independently by the participants.
Action: Book your flights into Lynden Pindling International Airport (NAS) in Nassau, Bahamas.
Detail: Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates.
Critical Suggestion: It is recommended that ALL participants purchase independent travel insurance (such as Travelex Insurance or Allianz Global Assistance)to protect your airfare and hotel costs in the event of unexpected flight cancellations or personal emergencies.
Step 6: Final Installment
Your final event balance is automatically billed on September 25, 2026.
Action: NO action on your part is required.
Detail: This final payment is automatically processed. Strict Saturday, October 3, 2026 milestone deadline: (FINAL INSTALLMENT PAYMENT)
The Enthusiast Pass: Final $700.00 balance
The Aficionado Pass: Final $750.00 balance
The Connoisseur Pass: Final $900.00 balance
The Sovereign Pass: Final $1050.00 balance
Step 7: Final Review & Late Payment Deadlines
Ensure your payment is completed on time to avoid registration forfeiture.
Action: Be aware of important dates. Set dates in calendar. Pay on time.
Detail: Create a plan to stay on top of payments to avoid losing your spot.
September 26– October 3, 2026 (Grace Period): If there is a problem processing your final payment, you have until October 3, 2026 to settle the balance without penalty.
October 4, 2026 (Late Fee Applied): A $75.00 late fee is automatically added to any unpaid account.
October 9 ,2026 (Automatic Cancellation): If your account remains unpaid 14 days past the original deadline, your registration is cancelled, all prior funds are 100% forfeited, and your spot is released.

Step 8: On-Site Check-In
Arrive at the resort and collect your official credentials.
Action: Check in to the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar on your scheduled arrival date.
Detail: Head to the designated Cigaribbean 2026 Welcome REGISTRATION Desk 3 in the resort lobby. Present your photo ID to collect your official event credentials. ENJOY!
